How do I order with Butler & Rose?

A dedicated member of our team will guide you through the order process and become your concierge throughout the duration of the design and delivery of your bespoke piece. We will advise on selecting the perfect stone(s), setting for your piece and ensure everything is perfect from start to delivery of your Butler & Rose bespoke fine jewellery.
How long will it take to arrive?
Between 4-6 weeks for rings and pendants and 2-3 weeks for tennis bracelets and earrings. Please note, exotic stones sometimes take longer to source. Our customer service team will keep you posted on timelines and make sure we can meet your particular deadline while ensuring a high level of quality.
I need a ring ASAP, can you deliver it on time?

Can I see some rings in person?

Can I return it?
- Returns: You have a 14-day, no-questions-asked right to return stock items purchased online, by phone, or by mail order, starting from the day you receive the item.
- Return Costs: For any faults where the goods are not fit for purpose or as described, Butler & Rose will cover return costs within 30 days and offer a full refund if a replacement or repair is unwanted. For changing your mind online, you may have to pay for return shipping unless the previously agreed.
- Bespoke Items: As items are made to personal preferences, returns are at our discretion within the times outlined above.
Is shipping free?
Yes, in both the EU and UK we offer complementary insured delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping is always complimentary in the UK and the rest of Europe. For orders outside the EU, we may charge you a shipping fee. Please get in touch to find out more.
Can I get my ring engraved?
Yes, please let us know what you would like to say and we can have it engraved for you.
How do I figure out the ring size?

What if I choose the wrong size?
We can organise complimentary ring resizing if needed.

What quality diamonds do you use?
Our diamonds are of the finest quality, D-G colour and flawless to VS clarity range. All of our diamonds are responsibly sourced from verified site holders.
What quality metal do you use?
We use 950 Platinum, 18K yellow, rose or white gold.
What are inclusions?
Inclusions are elements or characteristics that become part of gemstones during the natural formation process and are part of what make every gemstone unique. Inclusions are a natural part of all gemstones and even the best gemstones in the world will have some. Truly flawless diamonds are extremely rare. Most diamonds have natural inclusions that are invisible to the naked eye and do not affect their beauty.
What gemstone treatments do you accept?
We don’t accept any kind of treatment for our gemstones, we believe in providing purely natural stones.
How do you know your diamond suppliers are ethical?
We work with reputable suppliers and only GIA certified stones. The GIA set high standards for ethics, education and research and are the pioneers of the ‘4 Cs’ of diamond grading. Check out our ethics policy for our measures put in place to ensure your stones are ethically and environmentally sourced.
How do you provide better value for money?
We have a short supply chain and cut out multiple layers of middlemen to bring you better value and more accountability. We then oversee the whole production process of your ring, handcrafted in the UK and Ireland and dispatch it to you after being approved by our team. Our streamlined approach lets us focus solely on the jewellery. We trim everything you don’t need from the process to give you so much more. There’s no shop, no staff, no distractions, just a wonderfully simple service that gives you all the fun and flair but none of the fuss.

How can I pay for my item?

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my bespoke piece?
Yes, a deposit is required for all pieces of bespoke jewellery.
Can I split my payment across multiple credit or debit cards?
