How to Order

Every bespoke journey begins with a conversation. During your initial consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas, inspiration, and any imagery that reflects your vision for the ring.

From there, our team will guide you through each stage of the creative process - from concept development and design to final craftsmanship. Nothing moves forward without your approval, ensuring every detail feels true to your vision.

We’re here with you throughout the entire journey, always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Bespoke Process

Step One

Consultation

We always start with a call, here we chat about the designs you like and what piece you are looking for. We come away from this and give you an approx. quote for your design.

Step Two

Begin the creative process

Once your design is chosen, our designer will work on visualising your piece - sending you CAD imagery.

Step Three

In the making

Once designs are approved, we will send the details to our workshop and source your gemstones. Nothing moves forward without your approval, and we continue updating you along the journey.
